With over 25 years of teaching experience, Ang Chee Peng is a veteran educator who understands the Singapore MOE syllabus inside out. As an Ex-MOE teacher, he has witnessed firsthand the struggles students face with complex Math word problems and Science open-ended questions.
His academic background, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and a Master of Education specializing in Math Education, forms the bedrock of AL1 Project Centre's proprietary teaching methodologies.

When I started AL1 Project Centre, I had one clear goal: to demystify the PSLE for students and parents alike. Having spent years inside the MOE system, I saw too many bright, hardworking students fall short of their potential simply because they were taught to memorize rather than to understand.
The PSLE is not a test of memory; it is a test of cognitive agility. It is designed to separate students who know the formula from students who know when and why to use the formula.
That is why we developed the 6-Step Concept Mastery Approach. We don't just give your child fish; we teach them the exact mechanics of fishing in the highly specific waters of the Singapore syllabus.
